For the latest collaboration between Colombian artists Santiago Cruz and TIMØ, “Golpes contra las paredes”, Zehn was tasked with capturing the behind the scenes process and with designing titles for the video. The song is about frustration, attachment and jealousy, and the visuals reflect that with dynamic images and dream-like sequences. The titles balance impact and legibility, without cluttering the frame.
The video is not like most, being a mi of dreamlike visuals, striking silhouettes, and iconic moments; so for the photographs, we aimed to highlight the process, the craft and the team that made this vision come true by layering multiple elements, people and actions in the same frame.
